I am Barella Braveheart in Second Life. I am usually to be found somewhere in Second Norway (Eidsvoll).

In real life I work for the Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education, an agency for the Ministry of Education and Research.

My background is a Cand. Polit. in Information Science and Media Studies at the University of Bergen, specialising in web-based learning (as we used to call it back in the stone age that was 10 years ago).

I am curious about the potential for virtual environments for teaching and learning, but we need more good examples of practice.
